Weight loss

So in 5 days I lost 4 lb and I am really happy with my self even though I am really sore and its not going fast but in the end it's really good That I am even trying... Before today I really thought that was know hope for me I just thought I was going to be fat all my life it shows that 5 day and 4 lb is not bad. So what I have been doing is in the Morning i wake up drink a cup a COLD water to get my metabolism going than I will start my work out. I work out for about 45 min to 1 hr than I will walk my dog for about 15 to 30 min on the day I have to work or 1 hr in the days I don't have to work. Than I will take a shower than have BF. my BF will be a smooth or omelette. For lunch i like to have a wrap and fruit. And for dinner I like to eat a salad with some kinda protein. I do switch it up all the time but when I am working and I did pack a lunch that's what I will eat. I like to give my self at least 15 min to eat as well as sit straight up.
