Weight loss

So in 5 days I lost 4 lb and I am really happy with my self even though I am really sore and its not going fast but in the end it's really good That I am even trying... Before today I really thought that was know hope for me I just thought I was going to be fat all my life it shows that 5 day and 4 lb is not bad. So what I have been doing is in the Morning i wake up drink a cup a COLD water to get my metabolism going than I will start my work out. I work out for about 45 min to 1 hr than I will walk my dog for about 15 to 30 min on the day I have to work or 1 hr in the days I don't have to work. Than I will take a shower than have BF. my BF will be a smooth or omelette. For lunch i like to have a wrap and fruit. And for dinner I like to eat a salad with some kinda protein. I do switch it up all the time but when I am working and I did pack a lunch that's what I will eat. I like to give my self at least 15 min to eat as well as sit straight up. Change

I started thing about everything that is happening and with my brother wedding coming up I wanted to "diet" I even thought if taking diet pills and after thinking about it and looking in to it I decided not to do it. Not only dose it not work but many people gain the LB all back or even more. So I have decided that I was going to change the way I live. What I mean with that is that I am going to work out and I am going to eat right. I am going to start my blogging every day about what I been going and how I feel. I been going this for a week not and let me tell you I feel great and I want to share with you what I doing and eating and may be it can help you. Let me tell you a little about my body type... I have alway been heavy for as long as I can remember and I have every thing under the sun to try to lose it but somehow I just gain it back but a Little more each time. I got to the point I thought about surgery. I went to a lot of doctor to see what they can do for me but all they did is give me diet pills. So I started giving up. But I started looking in to thing and other stuff and I think I found something that will work for me and may be it will work for you. Keep in mine things don't happen over night so don't give up just cause you don't see any thing happening...
